Hey! My name is Baylie, or @_baysik.ink on Instagram. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I’ve been tattooing for over 4 years! I have wanted to be a tattoo artist for as long as I can remember, and drawing since I could hold a crayon. I started and completed my apprenticeship here in Sacramento, and have tattooed in Vacaville and San Jose as well. After guest spotting at LES in summer 2023, I knew I’d found a new home here in Sacramento. I’ve had the pleasure of being featured in different art shows in the Bay Area where my paintings and ink work have been on display! 

Tattooing is such an intimate experience and I have so much respect and gratitude for every client that decides to trust me with their vision. It is so important to me to create a comfortable and inviting environment. I love being a part of such an accepting, safe team here at LES! Not only is a tattoo a permanent piece of art but a permanent experience. That’s why I enjoy creating a relationship and connection with each and every client. 

The style I love to tattoo the most is realism. Whether it be vibrant colorful flowers, black and grey portraits, or anything in between. 

When I’m not tattooing, I’m usually spending time with my family: My wife, our new baby, my brother, and our two dogs and two cats! It’s important for me to stay inspired so when I’m not working I’m still doing personal art projects in different mediums. I love exploring this city and I try to find balance in outdoor things such as a bike ride through downtown before or after an appointment! I’ve been sober for a couple years and love to do things that fuel my spirituality. Connecting with nature, exercising, vibing out to music, or listening to simple meditations are all things I utilize to feel whole and stay grounded.
